This is a picture of Harry one day before he left for work dressed as an elf. I can't find any of our Christmas Eve or Christmas Day pictures, I am afraid they have been deleted. Sigh...

Family Reunion...

December 18th, was the day we had been waiting for...James and RaNae both return home. James after serving a two year mission to Chile, and RaNae having been gone for 3 and 1/2 months in Idaho at school. We were so excited! The lighting is pretty bad in the pictures, I was too emotional to get it right. We met James at the airport in Moline in the afternoon, then drove to Clinton, Iowa to have him released and then picked up the kids and went to our Ward Christmas Party. After the party we went back to the airport and picked up RaNae. It was the best day ever!!!!

Here he was greeted by someone from the Airport, we had several military servicemen return from overseas, and James was greeted as well since he was returning to the U.S. as well.

Hug from Dad.

Ethen and James

Joslynn was a bit shy at first, by the time the evening was over, she wouldn't let him go.

Thanksgiving 2010

We thought we were going to have a lot more guests for Thanksgiving dinner this year, but we wound up only having our 4 full-time missionaries over for dinner. It was a nice day and we enjoyed their company and the food. I have so many blessings to be thankful for, especially for the Gospel of Jesus Christ in my life, my incredible husband and children and all of our family and friends. We have truly been blessed.

Pictures are coming....keep scrolling. I promise they are there.

Don't give up there are still some more....keep scrolling.

Harry's Dream....

Harry has been waiting to go to an Ohio State Football game for a long time now. In November, 2010 he was able to take Ethen and Corey and go to Iowa City to see the Buckeyes play the Hawkeyes and WIN!!!! They had a great time, they were the minority, but were able to keep smiles on their faces and even win over some hardcore Hawkeye fans with their positive and happy attitudes. They were a few of those red dots that could be seen at the game among the more solid yellow and black colors that day. They are looking forward to the "Next Time" they go. Go Buckeyes!!!!
