Ethen and Corey's Soccer Season- 2010

Ethen and Corey played soccer for the first time, well Corey played when he was 8 & 9 years old. They were on the Jr. Varsity team and they really enjoyed it. They both did very well, Corey played many different positions, on both defense and offense, but Ethen surprised us all and was goalie. He loved it, but I didn't realize how brutal soccer could be for a goalie. After each game and practice, I got to be first aid tech. He never had any skin left on his knees or elbows. He also lost a lot of skin and blood from his hips and shoulders, back, etc. I learned to buy the really big band -aids, gauze, tape, ointments and sprays. He always took it like a man, and went back for more.
